Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of astrological and numerological consultations, we have a strict refund policy. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined below. Refunds are not provided for completed consultations or reports already delivered to the client. If we fail to deliver a service within the agreed-upon timeframe due to our error, a refund or rescheduling option may be provided. If payment is deducted but services are not received due to technical issues, we will ensure a full refund after verifying the transaction details.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if the service was not initiated or delivered as promised. Refunds are also applicable if there was an error on our part that prevented the service from being fulfilled or if the refund request is raised within 7 days of the payment date. All refund requests are subject to management approval and verification.

Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable: personalized consultations, such as matchmaking or career predictions, once initiated; reports, charts, or remedies that have already been prepared and delivered; and services canceled by the client after the work has started.

Cancellation Policy
Clients can request a cancellation of a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our support team. If the cancellation is made within the required timeframe, the session may be rescheduled to another convenient time. Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
